The banya

During these 4 hours, as a guest, you will receive several treatments with brushwood made of oak and birch. With these treatments, your whole body is worked on with the sticks in the sauna at 45°C to 60°C. This brings warmth deep into your body, blood circulation is stimulated, tension and blockages can be released.

The essential oils of the oak leaves have an anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effect.

In these there is a rich buffet with canapès, fresh fruit, ham, salmon, cheese, etc. Drinks are also provided, simple water, Russian Kwac, soft drinks and wine.
